Yoga by Charles - Reduced Fee Yoga Class

Yoga classes for people living with HIV/AIDS are taught by Charles V. Marici Whitten on Thursdays at 5:30 pm. Classes include asana, pranayama, and some meditation. Classes are Ananda style Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy, with Iyengar influence. Fee is $3 - $5 per class. Please call Charles at 775/677-YOGA(9642) before attending class the first time.
