Classes are scheduled to start on September 4, 1996, and will be taught by Anne Foley, certified Kripalu Yoga teacher, using both the Kripalu tradition and the Iyengar tradition. Classes include asana and meditation and will be held on Wednesdays at 1:30 pm at the Catholic Social Services Family Center, 2830 Marlton Pike, Pennsauken, NJ 08105. No fees are charged.
